From beginning, Peace Carbon has consistently cooperated with well-known companies in the world’s environmental protection industry. In June 2014, Peace Carbon signed China Region Cooperation Agency Agreement with Hanmo Corporation for introducing its De-NOx technologies into China. The De-NOx technologists include Selective Non Catalytic Reduction system (SNCR), Selective Catalytic Reduction system (SCR), Hybrid SNCR/SCR system and so on. According to the agreement, Peace Carbon is the exclusive representative agency for the De-NOx technologies of Hanmo Corporation in China

1. Advantage of patent
Hanmo Corporation is always committed to technology innovation. Hanmo developed “ Selective Non Catalytic Reduction process for nitrogen oxide” by it’s own for the first time in Korea and won a prize of the 3 rd Environment Award (Blue Sky section) hold by the Ministry of Environment and the Chosun Ilbo. The company has independent intellectual property rights with flue gas denitrification technologies.It has had multiple invention patent so far.

Developed by Hanmo Corporation, Integrated System integrates dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification functions into one system without increasing the working temperature. Within the low sulfur and dust environment , catalyst can extant its active temperature scope to 220℃ to 310℃. In addition, no SCR reactor is required in the system, therefore, can save cost on installation.
It has been developed and enter into commissioning phase .

Hanmo Corporation uses EPC mode to complete the project, including design of 1#unit SCR facilities ,1#and2# ammonia sharing system, the overall guarantee and design of equipment, supply, installation guidance and start debugging etc.
The project uses SCR system with liquid nitrogen as reducer, KEP-ENC as catalyst. The efficiency of denitrification is over 85%.The NOx emission reaches the standard of lower than 100mg/Nm3 in flue gas.The escape rate of ammonia is less than 3ppm, the conversion rate of SO2/SO3 is less than 1%, the efficiency is more than 98% and the annual utilization hour of the denitrification facility is 8000 hours.The lifespan of the SCR system is 30 years.
